I own two Eagnas machines - a Flex 100 and an Eagnas 860. Both have been fine machines. They are among the best I have ever used in 57 years stringing.

The EAG-860 holds tension, and has not needed to be recalibrated since I set the initial tension when it arrived several years ago.

I often use the Perfect Spin string , and the Poly Nova Titanium 17 string, which have gained a following among my customers.

I have received the unit last Friday & everything is above expectations. Assembly was really easy after reading the very well written manual. It only took me less than 10 minutes to complete the process.

I managed to string my first squash racket in about 30 minutes & that was because I wasn't familiar with the string locking mechanism. Now that I know how the machine works I should be able to string much faster. Great machine overall.

I have strung a few rackets on the machine, and have been impressed with the results. It makes stringing a true pleasure, and get it done in a timely manner. The shipping was right on time, and very prompt. The assembly was easy after you get the base connected to the stand, but assembly is a 2 person job to lift the heavy pieces of equipment. I am very happy with the Flex 722e which I use at home. For the money you really can not beat it. I use a $6000.00 constant pull machine at work which is really great, but with the Flex 722e all I have to do is pre-stretch the string for 30 to 45 seconds and set the tension 10% higher and nobody can tell the difference. My customers are very happy with the results. Thanks.

I have this date (12Apr04) discussed with you the EAGNAS Flex 740, at a price of $239.00. I explained to you that I purchased a Silent Partner Swing, and am dissatisfied with it because of the difficulty of operation in using the tensioning/string gripper. My experience with the Silent Partner Swing:

I used the SP Swing to string four racquets, and was not pleased with it's operation. Specifically, I did not like the manual effort (strength) required to hold the string gripper while releasing the clutch to gain a new grip on the string. Also, the gripper had sharp edges which added to the discomfort, and made the necessary, repeated gripping even more uncomfortable. I eventually had to wear a soft leather glove on my left had to ease the discomfort enough to complete stringing. This was inconvenient, as I had to constantly remove, and replace the glove.

The Swing does seem to be solidly built. I like the adjustable legs which allow leveling. It also has a nice compliment of spacers, and retainers. Tools included are minimal - awl, allen wrenches, and needle nose pliers, enough to get the job done, but a side cutting pliers would be nice, and is eventually essential.

Hi, I just wanted to Thank Victor and his staffs for sending me the GE II stringing machine that i ordered. I have never string a racket before, but after reading the instruction, I was able to do one with no problem what so ever. I strung 2 rackets the first night that i received the machine. It takes me approximately 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour to string a racket, ( thats with the TV on ). If I wanted to, I'm sure I can do one in 30 to 45 minutes. This machine is exactly what I was looking for - a reasonably priced, drop-weight system with very solid racket mounting. With most other machine suppliers, it is necessary to choose a spring "lock-out" tensioner (non-constant pull) or electronic tensioner (expensive) in order to obtain such a heavy duty mounting system. Hi, I am a coach in Canada and also own a tennis shop. I am travelling internationally a lot with a player and she is breaking more and more stings - esp. on clay. At the grand slams the costs are getting ridiculous (at least $30 just for labour!). So I began researching table tops/portables in order to get one for us to travel with (I am used to stringing on a babolat). I was originally looking at the klipper mate bec. of the travelling case but have veered away from it because of the quality etc. I also liked the portability and convenience of the ATS. So far I am most pleased with your web site (I don't like Silent Partner either!!!!) and products and I have a few key issues and questions:
1. Price is not really a concern - I would rather pay to get an appropriate machine. She is playing professional events and junior Grand Slams (won Aussie Open Doubles) so the quality and consistency is a big concern. If I can't get it from a portable machine, we will have to pay the labour at the events. She is sponsored and uses Luxilon Big Banger Alu Power - so the clamps and string gripper are also a concern.
2. Can you compare the quality and portability of the Hawk 26. thanks very much!

Once I got it which was a little longer than I thought, because of the holidays in December/January, I set the machine up, read and re-read the instruction booklet and strung my first racquet in 3 hours that day. Quick Question From a Happy Customer, I have an EAG 700, which I love. One quick question: Will I be able to mount this racquet (image attached) properly on my machine despite its unique throat design?

The question I have is do you guys sell the base that has the thumb swivel clamps alone or do they come only on a complete machine? Also what are the prices for these bases if you carry them? I bought a Beta in 1999 and have been stringing seriously for 8 years now! This machine is very capable, sturdy, and willing to work. Clamps, crank and tension all work wonderfully! If this machine ever kicks the bucket i'll buy a beta again! This machine has probably strung... 5000 rackets and is still going strong! Speaking of... Hi, I was finally able to setup the Flex940 over the long weekend. The instructions were great, it did not take me that long to set it up.

I was also able to successfully restring a Head Liquid Metal OS racket yesterday. Took me 3 hours but because I was reading the instructions and trying to figure it out as I went along. It really wasn't that bad considering that I never tried restringing a racket before - my first time!

I got the hang of it now and I think next time it will be quicker.

Hi, I am enquiring as to whether you carry replacement parts for Lily-lee stringing machines. I purchased an electric lock out model similar to an ektelon with head and throat mounts and wind in side arms with glide bar clamps. The machine is now 20 years (purchased in 1987) and has strung over 3000 racquets without missing a beat. Unfortunately, the clamping system has come to the end of its tether and needs replacing. Do you still carry replacement parts for this model? I am looking for new glide bars and new clamps, side arm supports, throat mounts and a replacement lock out style spring for the electric head. I hope compatible parts are still available as I have nothing but the highest praise for the longevity and quality of your products.

This is a very easy stringer Hyper 320 to use. I have used alpha and gamma at college where I play tennis. Eagnas is a far better company. This machine is great for any one who wants to string. The setup was very simple and the machine is very sturdy standup. It does not tip or wobble when you move parts of the machine. The clamps hold the string very well and can be adjusted without a wrench. I recommend this stringer to all.

I didn't know anything about stringing and I ordered from you Hawk 26e. From what my customers said they were very satisfied by my stringing. I also had ordered from you Synthetic gut, Poly Nova Titanium, Perfect Spin and overgrips. Every product from what they said was very good quality and from me in good prices.

I want from you to tell me after 2 months of stringing (about 40 rackets) a better model to buy without having any problems from this model. I need something up to $500. What do you suggest something like Hawk 880 Le or something like other by your suggestion. I think that I can string much easier,faster and better now.

My parents bought me my first machine in 1982 to reduce my training expenses. Since then I have owned and used MANY different machines from simple portables to heavy electronic pro-grade models at clubs that I have coached at.

The Flex 740 is probably the best value for money I have seen as long as you dont intend to use it professionally to string dozens of rackets each day for years on end. If you want it for personal use or for a few string jobs each week I anticipate the build quality lasting you a loooong time. The racket mounting is the equal of $2K+ models and the clamps are so easy to manipulate.

Came home from my morning coaching session a few minutes after 1pm, ate lunch, opened the boxes, set-up the newly arrived machine and strung one of my rackets in time for my afternoon coaching session at 3pm. I have only strung a dozen rackets in the week since it arrived, but its so solid I cant envision any problems unless my teen son throws the weight back forcefully and repeatedly in a vain attempt to break the world speed record . Best $220 I have ever spent! Well done Maxline.

I received my Smart 6000 today. It came in 4 boxes via UPS. Once I opened the boxes, I was very amazed at the packaging and the quality of the product and the accompanying tools. With the help of my 8 year old daughter, it was assembled and ready to string within 45 minutes. Instructions were very clear and straight forward. I immediately strung two BADMINTON rackets and was very pleased with the stringer's ease of use. The stand and parts are all very sturdy and the finish and paint was top knotch. The machine is fast and quiet to use and I'd highly recommend this to anyone. I plan on using this machine to string over 1000 rackets in the next few months and most likely will order another Smart 6000. I can't tell you how much I love my stringing machine. I bought the 722e. In my case the E stands for extatic!!! I am a frequent string breaker. I just purchased the 710 model and had a littlle stringing experience. This model is well constructed and easy to set up and use. My previous rackets were strung with a lockout machine. I believe the constant pull makes some difference but not as much as others may believe. I was also impressed with the Perfect Spin string that feels better than the Wilson NXT that I was using before. Fast shipping. I will do business again. The clamps are excellent on this model. I am a USPTA tennis pro and a USRSA member and have used all of the name brand polyester strings like Luxilon, Babolat Hurricane, Wilson Enduro Pro and Prince Poly Gut. By the way, when I got the Combo 810 stringer, I was too excited to wait to try it out. So i strung a racket last night and coming from a drop weight (Eagnas DEN-3600 used for over 15 years with no problems, great quality machine) i couldn't be more pleased.

The first thing I did after the quick and easy assembly of a few parts, was to calibrate the tension using your nice little tension calibrator.

next, i broke into the complimentary Eagnas Perfect Spin 16 gauge string that you provided.... havent' hit with it, but just in handling it, it is nice and supple with a bit of texture on the spiral wrap. again i followed the instructions on stringing (a few additional steps with the glide bar lock, swivel clamps, and tension head release vs. a drop weight and floating clamps) but once i got the hang of the steps, it became easy, much easier to get right, since with a drop weight sometimes you need multiple pulls and string grabs to get the right tension. with the manual crank, just grasp the string in the jaws, and crank until you hear the 'snap' of the lock and you're good to go! on the first try, every time, all the time. huge time saver, and much better consistency in tension, especially combined with the firm grasping all metal clamps. i use to get a tad bit of slip and string movement using the cool looking purple and yellow nylon and black metal floating clamps. after one racket, i feel like a pro.

besides that, great build quality, i'm sure it'll last just as long as my DEN-3600, and a real pleasure to use. if it weren't so late, i probably would've strung more rackets, i was having that much fun.

by the way, how much is a reel of your kevlar string? does it have a rough texture (like Ashaway brand) or is it smoother (like Prince).

Some months ago I asked you about a better model and you suggested me Flex 865.From what I noticed it is a very good model I have 2 problems:

1.I learned to string rackets in your machine and now I can say that I string the same or better of some others with more expensive machines and more years of experience. I don't know if this model is good enough for my job because now I string about 3 rackets/day. I am looking for an electronic and a table top.

2.Is it possible to change the free reel with the new one(I think it is called nano) because I am a great fun of polyester strings?

Hi I have been stringing with my eagnas machine which I got in Taiwan quite a few years back model is Eag-88M has an electro pulling device at that time was very high tec basic idea is a crank type lock out but with motor to do the lock out ,very good and never let me down!! What I�m after is two PN-1012 tennis clamps to replace the clamps I have as these are well used and need to be tightened almost every other pull to keep them working (some play in the locking Alan bolt) better to replace them and keep them for back up . As I live in Hong Kong and I know production is china and some in Taiwan is it possible to pay you but ship from china would save a lot of trouble with shipping costs and customs declaration stuff I would need to do,I hope you understand I�m not trying to cheat any one, more than willing to pay you there but ship from next door as it were not USA.

Every thing about this Hyper 480 machine is just satisfactory. Assembly was quick but adjustments need to be made to clamp base for secure lock and the racquet locking mechanism isn't the easiest to use. You get what you pay for and that is true in this case.

I purchased reel of Nano 17g/1.25mm back in June of 2008 and have strung 4 racquets since. This string performs exactly as stipulated. On my mid plus racquets I was able to drop tension from 60lbs to 54lbs and still have great control and have some pop for serves. Awesome tension maintenance, only 2lbs loss in four weeks. Nano looks and plays indentical to Poly Plasma, but at 1/3 the price. Eagnas does it again; beats the big names in price and quality.

This is a great string. I have been using it for 3 months . If you use any type of poly you should try this string. It is easy on the arm, has great power and spin. I used to use a hybrid, but how I string it full nano. I ended up reducing the tension about 5 to 7 lbs. With this price you can cut out the string and put in fresh. It has great durability also.

In January, I ordered some new string. I ordered your new Nano string and Feeling string. I put it on my racquets at different tensions to see what I liked. Previously I used the Perfect Spin string. I want to say, I love both the Nano and the Feeling strings in the hybrid combination. I was concerned about the 17 gauge Feeling, but it is holding up fantastically with no breakage so far. It is also very soft and issues relating to my arm are almost gone now with no changes but the string. I have been pushing it to my friends and have put it in for them and they love it as well. The price point is very good on this string and I'm happy I gave it a try.

I have Eagnas tension meter TT-001; and my friend has the ERT 3000 meter. They provide the same performance. But I like my TT-001. I just need to set up the frame size. The TT-001 will display the exact tension reading. With the ERT 3000, the tension reading is not easy to get. I have to look for the tension chart to get the tension. The cost of the ERT 3000 is $169.00. But the cost of the TT-001 is only $40.00. With $120 difference, I can buy more strings. My friend see my TT-001. He asks me to get one for him.

About a year ago, I switched to the "Feeling" 17 gauge. It feels soft and comforts (good playability). I want to continue to use the "Feeling" 17 gauge as the main (thinking that it would maintain the soft and comfort) and get another as the cross string so that it would hold the tension and the durability longer. What string that you would recommend in this case? Would it works better using 17 gauge to hybrid with another 17 gauge?

Hello, I would like to leave some customer feedback on some of the string I have recently purchased.

For - Feeling 17ga/1.25:

Early April 09, I strung 2 identical racquets using Feeling in the crosses [@60#]. Both are MP/98sqin. size racquets, first was with NANO[17ga/1.25] @55# in the mains the other was with Poly Nova 17L/1.20 in the mains at 56#. Initially both had very similar feel, very comfortable and very repeatable. As time and play worn on them, the racquet with nano on it became a little unpredictable. While the racquet with poly nova on it stayed very consistent. The racquet with nano had slightly wore the "Feeling" in the cross strings sooner than the other. My assumption is, the extra thin poly nova has a similar elongation rate as the Feeling and work together better than with Nano.

For - Poly Nova Ti 17L/1.20

This string has excellent feel and ball pocketing. I have strung several racquets with it and every customer including myself feel for the price point this is the best lite gauge mono filament string on the market. It's comfortable, extremely playable and holds tension very well. It's durability is what you would expect from lite gauge. It will wear and break after about 12 to 16 hours of competitive play. I rate this string 10 on Playability, 7 on durability, for an overall of 8.5. This is awesome for $30.00 a reel.

I have had the SMART 6000 now for a couple years and it is quite a phenomenal machine. I have strung over 300 badminton racquets with it and it has been quite reliable. On occassion, the electronic tensioner will malfunction and not work. Eagnas has been very cooperative and showed me how to send it back to them to have it diagnosed.

Yes I received invoice and I thank you. But I have to tell you a story. I have never strung a racquet in my life. So I bought the EAGNAS 700le from you last Sunday.

I put it together and I try to read manual and then I cuss about damn Chinese because those manuals are always a problem. So I go on YOUTUBE and watch all the instructional videos. When I try to get started the clamps were a major problem and I couldn't make them work. (Don't delete yet, it gets better), so I cuss some more about damn Chinese and their shit products. So I decide I will call you to cuss you out about no invoice, and ask for a refund. So I drink 2 Tsing Dao and decide that I should try. I strung the first racquet in 8 hours and gave it to my son to play with. He normally breaks 1 set of strings a day but he said it was the best tension he has ever hit with and the strings did not break. Well I finally learned how to use the machine and I can string a racquet in 1 hour now. I am very happy I bought your machine and will recommend it to anyone that asks. So I learned something about patience. Oh by the way after seeing all the videos , I went back to your manual and used the stringing guide and it was perfect. Well my machine didnt come w. instructions so it was hard to learn. but after messing around a little bit and doing reseach I found it very easy to use. IF you are a every day player who likes to have well tension strings every day but dont have the money this is it! The machine (Flex 160) costs not too much. I save $51 every time. I string myself because I have 3 rackets. I also string for my friends who play alot, and the 5 to 10 bucks here and there pay for my strings!

I called early today and you told me that the flex 940 is used for racquetball I had a couple more quick questions.

The reason I ask is that I got the klippermate stringer about 4 days ago as a gift I tried to string some racquetball racquets on it, and it is a extreme pain in the butt for handling racquetball racquets. Mainly do to the mounting area were the throat of the racquet is, for most racquetball racquets that is were all the business takes place (knots, strings in handles, etc...) It basically made the throat area of the racquet unworkable.

I�ve owned the Eagnas Challenger 1 stringing machine for just a month now and have strung five racquets. Over all I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a high quality machine for personal use. The Challenger 1 offers exceptional value.

Assembly was 90% smooth and painless. The one issue I had was with the cast support for the tension arm. It is a rough iron casting and is not machined on critical surfaces at the factory, resulting in a cock-eye pivot axis on my unit. I removed the support and hand filed the bottom surface where it contacts the base. Upon reinstallation, I needed to shim under the inside edge with stiff sandpaper to achieve a square orientation. Problem solved. This is a solid, heavy duty unit that I expect to last for decades.

The mounting system and string clamps work solidly. They are simple to adjust at the string and base. The six-point mounting system works great. The ball bearing pivot for the table is rock solid and smooth. The string gripper on the tensioning arm is smooth and easy to use. There�s some crushing of the string, but this is normal.

Eagnas has produced a terrific bag for the buck machine here.

Feeling is an excellent string! It has a very soft, comfortable feel to it, and has good power. This string also has that beautiful ping sound, very similar to wilson sensation. The only negative is that my kids are string breakers, so I'm stringing all the time. I wish they had this string in 16 gauge. I've since switched to the eagnas 2000 string(it's good also!).

I am using the 17 gauge nano string for my mains blended with the perfect spin strings. I'm finding that I am getting a nice pop off the racquet without losing any control. I am very happy with the result and the $35 price tag for a reel. As far as negatives, the strings are stiff which makes it harder to string your racquet. Have fun and experiment!

Matthew has subsequently restrung my racquets with ease, the Combo 910 is an extremely well built, sturdy and easy to use product. We can't imagine why anyone would want to spend more for another brand similar machine.

I ordered Hawk 26 along with few other tools. The items were promptly shipped the next day and delivered 5 business days later. Putting the machine together was very easy since most of the component was pre-assembled.

This is my first stringing machine and I find Hawk 26 is very easy to use. The machine built quality is good. Everything operates smoothly. After getting used to drop-weight mechanism, setting tension is fairly quick. I would highly recommend buying a starting clamp along with the machine for easy stringing (I am glad I did).

Best bang for the buck.

Free perfect-spin 660' reel is also a big bonus.

THis string (Signum Pro Plasma HEXtreme Pure) grips the ball well and also provide good spin. It keeps the tension over 20 days. The synthetic stings will only keep the tension for 2 days. It is very good string.

I paired this with your Poly Twist 16 in the mains and I absolutely love it. The ball bite is decent and it plays just as well as the Prince Hybrid Spin 3D (which was my favorite before I tried this setup). It has plenty of power but offers that stiff feel that I like. I have tried other poly-multifilament combinations and I have not liked any of them as well as this. The Poly Twist moves much less than the Prince Poly Spin 3D and the Perfect Spin is slightly stiffer, so this will last me quite a bit longer, so I will be able to drop down to 17 gauge in the Poly Twist. Also, this string was very easy to string and was much softer than I originally expected. I am very anxious to buy a machine so I will have a reel of both.

Wow... The best cross string (Poly Twist 17) I've used. Great pocketing. Adds spin like hex mains. Good power on ground strokes and servers. Excellent control for dropshots and change ups. Tension stability after two hard hitting sessions is excellent. 4.0 level take no prisoners player.
